Once installed, move the folder to the location you want, and re-direct the shortcuts to the new location. Changing the directory will crash the installer and you need to force close it and retry. Once in the installer, DO NOT change the directory, instead select the install mode you want (minimum or normal) to proceed with the install. You may need to try the test a few times, but it should then run the installer. Select to run with the recommended settings, and try testing it. To bypass the no ssp.ini error, try running the installer with windows program compatibility troubleshooter. In return, I offer advise for Virtua Cop 2 which I had issues installing on Windows 10, and figure others may be stuck like I was: Funnily enough, I have The House of the Dead 2 working fine.
